The Holland XA-S1-A-L-P is a genuine SAF-Holland FWS1 fifth wheel replacement top plate designed for heavy-duty commercial trucks and tractors. Featuring a left-hand manual release and durable cast steel construction, this top plate provides dependable trailer coupling for demanding on-highway and commercial trucking operations.
The FWS1 combines Holland engineering with the proven Simplex fifth wheel design, offering reliable performance and convenient maintenance. Its large 340-square-inch top plate surface provides increased stability and support during trailer operation.
The FWS1 features an automatic secondary locking mechanism to help prevent accidental uncoupling, along with a visible red safety lock indicator that allows operators to confirm the locking mechanism's position. Replaceable NoLube pocket inserts help reduce wear between the top plate and mounting brackets.
The locking jaw can be replaced without removing the entire fifth wheel, simplifying maintenance and reducing service downtime.
