Product Description
The Bendix 5009041PG AD-HF PuraGuard Oil Coalescing Air Dryer Cartridge is a premium replacement filter designed for compatible Bendix AD-HF and AD-HFi high-flow air dryers. Combining advanced oil coalescing technology with desiccant moisture removal, this cartridge helps maintain clean, dry compressed air in heavy-duty commercial vehicle air brake systems.
The PuraGuard filtration system captures harmful oil aerosols and removes moisture before compressed air reaches critical braking components. By reducing contamination, the cartridge helps protect air reservoirs, valves, ABS components, and other pneumatic equipment from corrosion, sticking, and premature wear.
Featuring a specialized M41 x 1.5 right-hand threaded spin-on connection, the 5009041PG is designed specifically for AD-HF air dryer systems and cannot be interchanged with conventional air dryer cartridges.

The AD-HF air dryer uses a specialized cartridge designed to maintain the system's oil coalescing performance. Installing an incorrect cartridge can compromise filtration or prevent proper installation.
Before ordering, verify the air dryer model and existing cartridge part number. The 5009041PG requires an M41 x 1.5 threaded connection and is not interchangeable with M39 x 1.5 cartridges used in other Bendix air dryer models.
Important: The 5009041PG is specifically designed for the Bendix AD-HF family of air dryers. It should not be substituted for the Bendix 5008414PG cartridge used in other air dryer configurations.
