Product Description
The Bendix 101860 TC-7 Trailer Brake Control Valve is a heavy-duty pneumatic control component designed to provide independent, graduated operation of trailer service brakes on commercial tractors. This hand-operated valve allows drivers to regulate trailer braking pressure separately from the tractor's service brakes, providing additional control when operating under demanding road conditions.
Featuring a positioning-style control mechanism, the TC-7 uses an internal cam, cam follower, and graduating spring to regulate compressed air delivery. Unlike self-returning trailer control valves, this configuration maintains its selected control position until manually adjusted.
The 101860 is supplied as the basic valve assembly, making it suitable for replacing an existing TC-7 valve while retaining compatible mounting and operating hardware.

The TC-7 is commonly used to control trailer service braking independently of tractor service braking. It is not intended for use as a parking brake control valve.
Before ordering, verify the original valve part number, mounting arrangement, connection sizes, and handle configuration. The 101860 requires compatible external operating hardware for proper installation.
Bendix 101860 is the basic TC-7 valve only. The operating handle and mounting bracket are not included and must be ordered separately if needed.
