Product Description
The Bendix K021562 SR-7 Spring Brake Modulating Valve is a heavy-duty pneumatic control valve designed for commercial vehicles equipped with dual-circuit air brake systems and spring brake actuators. This valve controls the application and release of spring brakes, helping maintain dependable parking and emergency braking performance.
The SR-7 provides rapid spring brake application during parking and modulates spring brake pressure if the primary service brake circuit loses pressure. Its integrated anti-compounding function helps prevent excessive mechanical forces caused by simultaneous service brake and spring brake applications.
Featuring a 1/2-inch NPT supply port, four 3/8-inch NPT delivery ports, and 1/4-inch NPT control connections, the K021562 provides the specific pneumatic configuration required for compatible commercial vehicle braking systems.
