Product Description
The Sealco 3800 is an inline spring brake exhaust valve designed for heavy-duty truck and trailer air systems. It combines pressure-holding and quick-release functions in a compact valve body. Sealco notes that it can be used as a positive quick-release valve in spring brake and lift-axle systems and as a pressure-holding valve for applications such as trailer locking systems.
The 3800 uses a 1/4-inch NPT inlet and 1/4-inch NPT outlet. It retains delivery pressure during small supply-pressure fluctuations and begins exhausting when inlet pressure falls roughly 2–2.5 PSI below outlet pressure. It is designed for inline mounting.
