The Lucas 201180R Right-Hand Parking Brake Cylinder is a hydraulic parking brake expander designed for Lucas/Girling drum brake systems used on medium-duty trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles.
This right-hand cylinder features a 1.750-inch bore and a 7/16-24 hydraulic inlet port. It works as part of the wheel-end parking brake system to expand and apply the brake shoes when the parking brake is engaged.
The 201180R is the right-hand counterpart to 201179R. Earlier 1.625-inch versions were superseded by the 1.750-inch design, and Haldex recommends replacing cylinders in pairs so both sides of an axle use the same cylinder size.
