The Bendix 107800 AD-9 Air Dryer Check Valve Kit is a genuine Bendix replacement kit designed to service the delivery check valve on compatible Bendix AD-9 air dryers.
The delivery check valve allows dried compressed air to flow from the air dryer into the vehicle’s reservoir system while preventing reservoir air from flowing backward into the dryer during the purge cycle. A worn or leaking check valve can contribute to air loss, improper purging, and reduced air-system performance.
Bendix identifies 107800N as the service-new AD-9 end-cover check valve assembly with a 1/2-inch thread size. The kit includes the replacement check valve, O-ring, and lubricant required for installation.
This version is intended for the AD-9 configuration using the 1/2-inch delivery check valve. Bendix also offers 107799 for AD-9 dryers using the larger 3/4-inch check valve, so the existing dryer configuration should be verified before ordering.
