Product Description
The Bendix 800631 E-8P Dual Circuit Foot Brake Valve is a heavy-duty pneumatic braking component designed to provide precise, graduated control of service brake application and release in commercial vehicle air brake systems. Its dual-circuit design independently controls primary and secondary braking circuits, helping maintain braking capability if one circuit experiences a loss of air pressure.
Featuring a 3 PSI differential pressure, the E-8P provides responsive brake control through its internal rubber graduation spring and valve mechanism. The 800631 includes multiple 3/8-inch NPT supply and delivery ports arranged in a parallel configuration, along with a 1/2-inch NPT exhaust connection.
Manufactured for demanding commercial vehicle environments, this genuine Bendix replacement valve is suitable for compatible heavy-duty trucks, tractors, and buses. It is supplied as the basic valve assembly without the pedal, treadle, or mounting plate.
Important: The 800631 is the basic E-8P valve only. It does not include the foot pedal, treadle assembly, rubber boot, or mounting plate.

The E-8P foot valve helps regulate compressed air delivery according to brake pedal input, allowing controlled service braking and efficient pressure release when the pedal is released.
Before ordering, verify the existing valve part number, port configuration, mounting arrangement, and exhaust connection size. The Bendix 800631 is not interchangeable with every E-8P configuration, and the necessary pedal and mounting hardware must be supplied separately.
