The Bendix 065346 M-12 ABS Modulator Relay Valve is a heavy-duty pneumatic/electro-pneumatic valve designed for older Bendix anti-lock braking systems.
The M-12 combines a conventional service-brake relay valve with electrically controlled ABS solenoids. During normal braking, the valve functions as a relay valve, helping apply and release the service brakes quickly. During an ABS event, the vehicle’s antilock controller commands the M-12 solenoids to modify brake-chamber pressure to help prevent wheel lock.
Bendix catalogs 65346 as a bracket-mounted M-12 configuration with a 4 PSI crack pressure. This version belongs to the M-12 family that uses a standard relay-valve section with ABS modulation capability. Bendix notes that the internal relay components are shared with its R-12 and R-14 relay-valve families.
The M-12 uses separate supply, control, and delivery connections. Bendix produced configurations with either four vertical delivery ports or a combination of two vertical and two horizontal delivery ports. The 65346 is cataloged in the bracket-mounted M-12 group.

Bendix identifies the entire M-12 product family as obsolete and directs replacement through an appropriate MC-30 conversion kit. Bendix groups the 65346 under MC-30 Replacement Kit Group 2. The lower relay-valve section can still be serviced with Bendix 102802.
